Job Description Summary We are looking for a motivated and analytical Commercial Finance Specialist / Analyst to join our regional finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or a student in their final year of studies in Finance, Economics, or Business Management to kick-start their career in a dynamic, international environment.
The role focuses on supporting the Hungarian market while also contributing to broader North and Central Eastern Europe (NEE & CEE) financial operations. You will play a key role in financial reporting, performance analysis, risk assessment, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesHungary-Specific Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial contracts and identify financial and compliance risks.
• Provide business insights aligned with Hungarian financial regulations.
• Build strong relationships with business and operational leaders to support finance-related decision-making and operations process improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Commercial Balance Sheet Accounts for the Hungarian legal entity and recommend appropriate accounting actions.

Regional Responsibilities (NEE & CEE)

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting for Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Monitor and analyze Cash KPIs to support liquidity and working capital management.
• Participate in commercial Balance Sheet reviews, explaining key balances and variances.
• Contribute to the development of operational mechanisms to improve P&L forecast accuracy across the region.

Who You Are

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools (such as Power BI) is a plus
