Commercial Finance Analyst- Bristol (Hybrid)- Up to £45,000 + Benefits- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part-Qualified – Aerospace & DefenceIN2 Consult is currently partnering with a leading, global Aerospace & Defence client on the recruitment of a part-qualified/ finalist level commercial finance analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.The role has heavy exposure to business partnering with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside of finance as well as delivering on month-end management accounting, financial analysis and FP&A duties.The key duties of this Commercial Finance Analyst role include:

• Business partner with key stakeholders to present month-end figures, suggest areas of improvement and aid key decision making
• Generate financial reporting packages and provide feedback to program managers on variances
• Baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis
• Implement, monitor, report and analyse program budget and / or schedule
• Perform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysis
• Organise cost and / or schedule date for monthly program reviews

Key Experienced Required for this Commercial Finance Analyst role include:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part-Qualified/ Studying
• UK National or Resident for the last 5 years
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong track record of business partnering with different stakeholders
• Experience in financial analysis and month-end reporting
