Job Description:As a Commercial Finance & Operations Analyst, you will play a central role in building strong financial processes and reporting frameworks that help drive transparency, efficiency, and profitability.You will work closely with the business to support budget and forecasting processes, develop dashboards, and act as a partner on performance tracking and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a commercial finance role with high exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities

• Financial Support & Forecasting: Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with business leads.
• Client Profitability & Time Tracking Analysis: Help business units assess client-level profitability and ensure accurate time registration.
• Dashboard Development: Lead small projects to develop and improve dashboards that drive insight and transparency.
• Month-End Reporting: Support agency teams with standardized reporting packages during month-end close.
• Revenue Control: Validate revenue against forecasts and ensure accurate recognition during the financial close.

Your Profile

• Recent graduate (or 1–2 years of experience) with a degree in cand.merc., cand.polit., cand.oecon., or a similar field.
• Business-curious and eager to learn the commercial side of a leading media consultancy.
• Technically and analytically strong – particularly in Excel.
• Basic understanding of data structures and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus).
• Interest in automation – experience with RPA tools is a bonus.
• Structured and reliable problem-solver.
• Clear communicator – both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.
