We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to join this well-established law firm in London.Job Description:You will have the chance to join a growing firm in central London.This opportunity offers the platform to lead sophisticated matters, grow a high-value practice, and contribute to a collaborative firm culture focused on long-term growth.Role Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.Develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives, assessing risk, cost, and potential outcomes.Supervise and mentor associates and litigation teams, providing guidance on legal analysis, case management, and professional development.Oversee case budgets and billing, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and transparency with clients.Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings, including trial advocacy and settlement negotiations.Candidate Requirements:
