Commercial Operations Manager (d/f/m)

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving regional commercial process improvement within our Surgical Vision business. We are seeking a candidate who is skilled in change management, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and lead without formal authority. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives within the commercial operations function.
  • Partner with senior leaders from various departments to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving processes.
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Navigate and resolve conflicting objectives across different functional departments.
  • Apply change management principles to drive and maintain improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Employ data-driven approaches to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and measure outcomes.
  • Develop and present proposals for improving processes, including analyses of potential benefits.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial operations team.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and display a solid understanding of business practices in all tasks.
