Commercial Project Manager (Financial Specialist) is a role that covers both the Sales and Execution areas of multi-million euro international projects that keep us on track towards achieving our mission. You would be the project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects and project financials (controlling & reporting).How You’ll Make an Impact

• Co-lead projects to optimise financial results and improve cash management.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve commercial issues.
• Educate project teams on financials and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support sales teams with commercial and financial topics, ensuring accurate cost calculations.
• Identify and manage risks, co-lead contract negotiations, and interface with stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Assertiveness, ability to convince, and team motivation, with ownership and readiness to lead by example
• Intercultural understanding, strong negotiation skills, and active listening
• Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant degree (Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration) and proficiency in English, MS Office, SAP, and other IT tools
• Experience in managing complex external customer projects, international projects, and direct interfacing with stakeholders
