Sacco Mann are working on a fantastic new role based in Leeds City Centre for a Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property Finance team who have recently expanded.The RoleYou will be working on a caseload of property finance work from lenders including reward finance and land care matters.Key Responsibilities

• Advising on secured lending against commercial and residential property.
• Acting for and advising lender clients.
• Ensuring that title, leases, planning, and environmental risks are suitable for lending.
• Drafting and negotiating legal charges, facility agreements, and security documents.

About You

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a background in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing.
• Previous experience within Property Finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial property law.
• Experience coordinating with developers, lenders, surveyors, planning consultants and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness.
