A great new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with some corporate experience, to join a very well-established firm.
The firms’ Commercial Clients are repeat clients who have used the firm for many years. They do everything from family-run businesses to blue-chip commercial clients. They have an outstanding local reputation. You will be second in command of the firm’s commercial offering in this role as the team is small. The firm has a strong focus on having a friendly working environment and good work-life balance. This is considered a strategic hire, the firm aren’t desperate but happy to their offering strengthened when the right person comes along.Requirements:

• At least 4+ years’ PQE and a specialist in Commercial Property.
• Some Corporate experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
• Somebody local to the Rochdale area would be beneficial.
• An individual who can fit in well with the team and culture is the most important thing. The right person can be trained even if they don’t have the experience.
