Are you ready to leverage your commercial and technical expertise to drive growth in the infant formula and medical food industry?At Arla Foods Ingredients, you will be part of our Business Quality Management Team, supporting the Strategic Business Unit: Specialized Nutrition (SBU SN).About the jobAs our new Commercial Business Partner, you will join our team of seven colleagues. We act as a key link between commercial teams and internal technical functions, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet customer needs and industry demands. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and aligning AFI’s capabilities with market expectations.This means that you:

• Act as a key representative in SBU SN, staying updated on market developments and customer requirements from a technical perspective .
• Support sales development managers in customer meetings, both in-person and online.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams to drive business initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support future business development.

Who are you?You are a proactive and strategic professional with strong communication skills and a natural ability to bridge commercial needs with technical expertise. You excel at building relationships, navigating complex business landscapes, and engaging with customers to discuss industry challenges and opportunities. Your analytical mindset enables you to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth.Moreover, you:

• Have experience in the ingredients industry, preferably in a commercially focused role.
• Possess proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Have a strong interest or educational background in human nutrition, biomedicine, molecular biology, dairy technology, or a related field.
• Are flexible and willing to travel 15-25 days per year to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
• Over time, develop the ability to anticipate customer needs and support AFI’s business development strategies.
