As Commercial Specialist (Aftersales Contracts) you will:

Providing legal support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, company policies, and other legal documents.
Prepare after sales agreement according to needs of regions and transactions.
Summarize potential risks of current business activities and provide advice to business managers to ensure that issues are identified and resolved and that business risk is managed appropriately.
Liaise and cooperate with the legal team.
Aftersales contract signature process and signed contracts archiving.
Other commercial-related work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master of Law degree, with knowledge of European law, better with related working experience.
5+ years of working experience.
Basic knowledge of Automotive industry.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Good commercial/transactional negotiation skills, particularly in cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, precise and able to multi-task effectively.
Organized, team spirit, high integrity and ethical values.
