Our two-year program is built for ambitious graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour JourneyAs a Commercial Trainee, you’ll join one of our core business units for a two-year journey designed to prepare you for a future role in sales managementIn your first year, you’ll focus on product marketing, working on go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and commercial planning. In your second year, you’ll transition into sales and contributing directly to business growth.This traineeship stands out for its structured, cross-functional path — giving you end-to-end commercial exposure while building the skills and mindset of a strategic Account Manager. Rather than specializing too early, you’ll gain a broad foundation across both marketing and sales.Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. By the end, you’ll be ready to take on a high-impact role in our sales organization, equipped with both strategic insight and customer focus.What are your assetsKnowledge and experience – you have a master degree in economics or social sciences (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Commercial Science, Communication Management, …). Graduates with another degree, but with the right experience and mindset also qualify!Spontaneous personality – you have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication, assertiveness and openness. With your enthusiasm, you actively involve others in projects and tasks.Sociable – you enjoy working with colleagues and having meetings with external stakeholders. You’re eager to build a network that you will keep up to date.Critical and analytical skills – you can execute with excellence on the most important things.
