Talbot Hotel Carlow , part of the Talbot Collection is currently recruiting for a Commies Chef to join our busy 4* kitchen.As a Commies Chef you will have a passion for food and be eager to learn new skills alongside the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen teamDuties

• Assisting with the preparation of the food
• Working alongside the Head Chef in providing excellent food & service.
• Menu design & implementation.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
