Job DescriptionCommissioning Manager – Frankfurt – Data CentreWe are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process on a high-profile Data Centre project in Frankfurt. As part of an international general contractor team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all commissioning activities, ensuring systems meet design, safety, and performance requirements.This is a key leadership role, interfacing with project teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of mission-critical systems.The Commissioning Manager will be required to:Lead and manage the full MEP commissioning process across all project phases (pre-commissioning, commissioning, IST, handover).Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.Review and validate commissioning documentation including ITPs, FATs, SATs, and test scripts.Coordinate with design, construction, QA/QC, and operational teams to ensure systems are installed and tested correctly.Manage and lead commissioning teams including specialist subcontractors and third-party agents.Attend client meetings and provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with international codes, local German regulations, and health and safety standards.Support Uptime Institute or other third-party certification processes where applicable.Requirements:Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre or large-scale mission-critical projects.Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including UPS, generators, chillers, BMS, fire suppression, etc.Familiarity with commissioning tools, procedures, and documentation standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, Uptime Institute).Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.EU work eligibility or valid German work permit required.What We Offer:Long-term international project exposure.High-spec data centre work environment with cutting-edge technologies.Collaborative and safety-focused site culture.Attractive remuneration, relocation support, and performance bonus structure.If you feel you have the right experience, please feel to apply
