Role Responsibilities:

* Lead communication initiatives for the ENHANS project, driving change and innovation in Health & Safety standards aligned with Umicore’s Let’s Go For Zero strategy.
* Develop and implement engaging communication plans to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project goals.
* Collaborate with the dynamic Group EHS team to ensure seamless integration of Health & Safety software across all company locations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in communications, project management, or related field.
* Multiple years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.
* Very good experience in change management methodologies and ideally ADKAR certified.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety is a plus.
* Fluent level of English, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
