Job Description:The COO Office in Technology & Services at Danske Bank is central to providing executive support to the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the leadership team in the Technology & Services unit. This team is deeply involved in a wide range of initiatives ranging from driving group wide strategic implementation initiatives of our Forward ’28 strategy, to work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic priorities, while also providing daily operational support to the COO.As part of the COO Office, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals who are keen on delivering high quality outcome.About the Role
In the role of Communications Consultant, you will be essential in shaping and delivering our communication strategies for the COO. Reporting to the Head of COO Office and working closely together with the team and towards the COO, you will ensure that the communication from the COO is clear, impactful, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your proficiency in communications will help us convey our vision and values both internally and externally, making a significant impact on our organizational success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic communication development and implementation:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the tone of voice in COO communication.
  • Crafting narratives that connect and inspire both within and outside our organisation across various platforms.
  • Refine internal and external communication materials, incorporating insights to enhance messaging and alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Event and presentation support:
  • Assist in the creation of material for key COO presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners, emphasizing the strategic direction and the leadership communication of the COO.
  • Ensure consistency of COO messages for major events and presentations ensuring recognition and high-quality content.
  • Advisory and Change Leadership Support:
  • Act as a strategic communication advisor in Change Leadership initiatives, providing insights and support in communicating key priorities.

What we imagine about you
You will be working in a highly detail-oriented and content-focused environment, with the goal to deliver on both short- and long-term assignments. To take on the position we expect that you:

  • Have minimum 5 years’ experience within communications and you are adept at managing multiple projects in a busy environment.
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Are a strategic thinker with experience in creating compelling content and an expert in tailoring messages for different audiences.
  • Are collaborative with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have experience with C-level communication
  • Have proficient writing and editing skills in English with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner – Danish is not a pre-requisite
  • Have understanding of or experience in communicating technology-related topics and concepts
