We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented Communications Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our inspiring group of wildlife conservation researchers helping them disseminate their research findings to multiple audiences globally creating positive outcomes for people and biodiversity.

This role is ideal for someone with an interest in conservation or environmental topics who is looking to contribute towards meaningful change. As a new role in a small Administration team, the successful candidate will be self-starter with a pro-active attitude and enjoy working in fast-paced environment. Working closely with colleagues you will develop and deliver a communications strategy, including generating and editing content, to target a diverse range of audiences through a variety of channels. You will have relevant professional experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative approach. You will develop and deliver top-class communications by bringing innovative ideas to the table and collaborating with all members of the research group, from students to senior academics, embedding equality, diversity and inclusivity values into all outputs.

This post is full time and available immediately. The role will be office based, with time split between WildCRU’s Headquarters at Tubney House, and the Department of Biology on Mansfield Road in Oxford. We are happy to consider applicants with flexible working requirements.
