Location: Hybrid – Manchester (Fountain Street)Salary: £45,168 to £56,461 plus £5,000 car allowance per annumHours: 36 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentWe’re one of LinkedIn’sThis is a great opportunity to join our team – Employer of the Year and one of LinkedIn’sClarion Housing group has ambitious plans focused on delivering high-quality new build developments and creating vibrant, thriving communities.We are seeking a passionate and highly-driven Communities & Social Impact Manager to join Latimer (the development arm of Clarion Housing Group) to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social value initiatives that create a positive impact in local communities. Experience within the construction or built environment sector is required.The successful applicant will be self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously while leading on all aspects of community and social impact throughout the development project lifecycle – from pre-planning through to project completion. This includes delivering community and employment projects with Latimer, partners, and supply chain contractors, as well as ensuring Section 106 requirements are met.You will act as the social value expert for your region, measuring the impact of your programmes using HACT & TOMs, as well as supporting internal Latimer teams and advising on social value queries.You will be friendly, approachable, and confident managing complex stakeholder relationships within communities, particularly around new build developments.
