I am looking for a Community associate for an exciting opportunity in Amsterdam!

The Community Associate will be a key team member at a dynamic co-working space in Amsterdam, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role requires someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about fostering community within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcomes and assists members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Maintains cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout the workspace.
* Supports community events and initiatives aimed at increasing member engagement.
* Manages mail and package deliveries efficiently and accurately.
* Conducts tours for prospective members and facilitates the onboarding process.
* Collaborates with team members to resolve any issues and enhance the overall member experience.
* Coordinates with facilities and maintenance teams to address workspace needs promptly.

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar field.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
* Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for building community.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools.
