• Project coordination between different parties.
• Produce and disseminate the monthly newsletter and manage subscribers.
• In-house community management: daily co-management of the Facebook group (including publishing posts), update website and intranet, engagement with content creators, production and distribution of content, and copywriting.
• Involvement in the production of user-generated content for the social media campaign like recording short videos.

• Manage the communicators and multipliers networks and establish partnerships with organisations or relevant influencers.
• Update and produce communication materials.

• Events organisation, including online meetings, coordination speakers, moderators, and other event staff.

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

• Creativity and excellent copywriting skills for various media and audiences/ target groups, especially for social media (asset: EN native speaker).
• Mandatory 3 years work experience with social media platforms for organic and paid promotions (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube): copywriting and posting messages, choosing/preparing visuals (knowledge of Canva), audience segmentation, as well as with community management for the afore-mentioned platforms.
• Proven experience in content development, if possible, policy-related.
• Facilitation skills for live and online meetings and webinars and knowledge of relevant online tools
• Very good knowledge and experience in use of methods and indicators to measure effectiveness of communications, with a focus on web and social media.
• Knowledge of community management tools (Emplifi) and of web tools (Newsroom and Europa Analytics)
