• Speciality – Qualified CPN
• Location – Huntingdon
• Start date – ASAP
• Contract length – 3 Months
• Pay rate – Up to £25 per hour depending on experience
• Care co-ordinator role with an MDT locality team (adults).

Requirements

• Must have community mental health experience
• Required to take over an established case load of 28 patients (Adults 18-85 years)
• Working mostly 9-5, but some weekend work and late shifts
• Postgraduate qualification
• DBS or Police Check
• Registered with relevant goverment body
