Workplace Arrangement: #LI-OnsiteAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Company Secretarial Senior to join our Company Secretarial Department on a fixed term maternity cover contract. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain substantial experience and exposure in a dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will provide support to the manager of the Company Secretarial Department and, on an ad hoc basis, to the Group Company Secretary.This role is integral to ensuring the Group Company Secretarial function operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. We seek a well-organised person with strong expertise in company law and corporate governance, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience in a public limited company (plc) setting would be a distinct advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Governance
