Job Description:Company Secretarial Trainee – Training ContractWe have an exciting opportunity for a trainee company secretary looking to commence their career in top tier law firm. As a trainee company secretary, you will work within the Corporate department and we offer the successful candidate an exciting role in a high achieving department that comes with variety and responsibility.You can expect to receive excellent training from a close team of experienced company secretaries in the application of company law and company secretarial practice from the moment you begin your career with us. • The successful candidate must have or is on target to achieve a 2.1 honours degree.
• A fluent command of the English language.
• A view to completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance that also leads to qualification as an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA).
• Starting salary with ALG is competitive.

• Paid study leave is also provided.
