This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious firm and a diverse client base across various sectors.The Role:As a Company Secretary, you will:

• Provide expert company secretarial services to a range of domestic and international clients.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to Irish company law and industry best practices.
• Prepare and manage board and committee meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Oversee statutory filings and maintain company registers with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
• Support clients on corporate transactions, such as incorporations, restructurings, and mergers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all company secretarial matters.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-6 years’ experience as a Company Secretary, preferably within a professional services, legal, or corporate environment.
• ICSA qualification (or part-qualified) is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Irish company law and corporate governance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
