What is the job about?Collaborate with Leaders, Country HR Leads, and HR Business Partners to execute job evaluations and administer end-to-end global processes for compensation activities under the guidance of regional Senior Compensation Specialist and/or Global Process Owners. Conduct ad hoc, and project based, benefits analyses to ensure benefits offerings are market competitive in collaboration with Global Reward Director and Global Benefits Manager.Your main responsibilities:
