From trains to river barges, safari lodges to hotels, each unique property has a distinctive story, personality, and identity, with a personalized team to match.To audit all daily income that has been received by the hotel and to ensure that all relevant revenues such as Rooms, F&B and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the General Ledger accounting system.How your day looks like?· Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Reports to the Hotel & F&B management Team· To review all paid-outs, revenue adjustments, rebates and allowances for reasonableness, properly approved with supporting, and to report any deviations from hotel policies and procedures.· Review on a daily basis the Night Manager’s report· Guest in-house rate check report, variance must be explained by Front Office· Complimentary and House use room to come with appropriate supporting document· Guests checked out with open paymaster accounts (Guest Ledger)· Guests in house with credit limit exceeded (High Balance Report)· Revenue adjustments· Check market segment report.· Periodically conduct training for Front Office staff.Requirements:Relevant Qualification or experience in Accounting, FinancePrior experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or equivalentExperience in Hospitality/Luxury hotels preferred.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French advantageous)Effective organization, communication, and presentation skillsBenefits:At Belmond, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.We offer a comprehensive range of compensation, perks and benefits including:Competitive salaries and local benefitsWellness programsWe strive to create an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.With a commitment to your ongoing development, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the most talented individuals in the industry.
