Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a strategically important Construction Team Manager to take responsible for overseeing construction projects, from initiation to completion within EMEA region – This includes coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
This role requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion to deliver complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. Responsible for the development and growth of the construction team and installation business across EMEA, working in a variety of sectors; Power, petrochemical, offshore, Refining, Pharmaceutical, etc.The CANDIDATE
The successful Construction Team Manager candidate will be a talented professional with considerable experience within a similar EPC environment. Some of the experience you will possess includes;

• Construction & commissioning
• Excellent team management skills
• Industrial construction environment experience
• Strong technically
• Background in oil & gas/combustion/EPC
• Willingness to travel
• Happy to work in the office when not on site

SALARY -Dependent on experience
