4Site are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a dynamic and reputable company specialising in the delivery of high-quality construction projects. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple sites effectively.The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects across the South of England. You’ll work closely with on-site teams to maintain high standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and meet deadlines and budgets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams across multiple active sites, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Accurately plan materials, workforce requirements, and timelines to ensure smooth project progression
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly enforced across sites
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, providing regular progress updates to senior management
  • Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain project continuity
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role or similar, ideally within the South of England
  • A strong track record of managing high-quality construction projects to successful completion, on time and within budget
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Solid understanding of UK construction industry standards, techniques, and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in construction-related software and tools for project tracking and reporting
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a similar field are advantageous

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites across London and ocassionally, Greater London
  • A valid UK driving licence
