Mobility Talent Operate ConsultantGlobal Mobility is an effective instrument for our multinational clients as both a talent development tool and a workforce incentive. You provide the human touch, put your client and international mobile employee first and are able to manage all the (little) aspects of international relocations for our clients.With your interest in international movements and HR, you know exactly which button to press. You’re working as part of a dedicated team through both operational delivery as well as pro-actively thinking with our clients. You help ensure the best global mobility experience to both our clients and their international mobile employees.The opportunity – What future are you building towards?As Consultant Mobility Talent Operate you will work together with various colleagues on providing global mobility HR support to our clients, covering the preparation of assignment documentation such as balance sheets as well as managing the relocation cases on behalf of our clients.Our team – Do great minds always think alike?Within the PAS Mobility department, we advise large international companies on cross-border labor and the applicable laws and regulations regarding income tax, social security, insurance, and the like. For example, we help international organizations with their global mobility programs and the tax implications for their employees. Our clients are listed companies, multinationals, family businesses, and nonprofit institutions.Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

  • Connecting with our client’s international employees
  • Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, including briefing with assignees
  • Coordination of third party vendors like relocation companies and housing agencies
  • Creating and reviewing assignment related documentation
  • Manage monthly payroll cycles, planning ahead and informing the team timely in case of glitches

Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • An academic background with up to 2 years of relevant Global Mobility or International HR experience
  • Experience in working within high performing teams
  • Knowledge of numbers and eagerness to understand calculations and payroll documents
  • Excellent English language (verbally and written) and preferably also in Dutch
  • A growth and ambitious mindset, keen to make an impact
  • Critical analysis of project delivery to determine success factors and learnings
  • Project- and program management methods and techniques
  • Building trusted relationships with clients in order to create successful results and future opportunity
  • Challenging the status quo and achieving set objectives
  • Continuous improvement of products and services, especially on the subjects of Global Mobility

  • Sabbatical: the option to take unpaid leave after consultation
  • Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave; in the case of additional birth leave, EY will pay 70% of the salary
