We are seeking Customer Sales and Service Professionals to join our multicultural team in Budapest, Hungary.Key Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of Emirates, delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services.
• Build rapport with customers to identify their needs, seek out sales opportunities, and promote Emirates-related products.
• Issue tickets and tailor travel solutions to meet customer requests.
• Actively enhance Emirates’ revenue by promoting additional services offered by the company and its partners.

Requirements and Skills:

• Fluency in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
• Customer-focus with a strong sales orientation to deliver excellent service and close sales opportunities.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call handling/sales team environment with multiple shifts.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Hungary.

Experience Required:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High school graduation or diploma-level education.
