What you’ll do

-support contract automation projects within the team and across teams and ensure successful rollouts,
-contribute to the implementation and maintenance of clauses, rules, templates or published contractual documents,
-work closely and efficiently with requestors and other stakeholders outside the team,
-support testing, data cleanup and bug fixing of template automation and supporting applications,
-provide end user support in case of issues after rollout,
-collaborate with SAP IT in case of IT issues, and
-join us on the transformational journey with Icertis for Next Generation Contract Management (NGCM).

What you bring

-1-2 years of working experience in contracting, legal, finance, or contracting technology
-Strong affinity with technology and an efficient and pragmatic approach to solving technological challenges
-Quality focus with excellent attention to detail
– Proactive and service-oriented approach to customer support
-Highly collaborative mindset and team orientation
-Experience with virtual collaboration tools and working in virtual teams over different times zones
-Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
-Preferably working experience and/or technical expertise in SAP ERP, CRM, CPQ, CMS or Icertis

The Content Engineering Solutions team is part of SAP’s IE Business Solutions organization, its Solution Management department, and the Content X Digitalization group. As a team we are responsible for managing SAP’s contracting templates and clauses, contract request forms and

template technology (including dynamic content and autogenerated contracts). We continuously serve our customers with seamlessly working, easy to use and professionally managed templates and other digitalized legal content with as much automation as possible in order to achieve standardization and scalability.
