1/ PROGRAM AND CONTENT
> Working with the Women’s Forum Content Team, the Program and Initiative Officer will be responsible for helping to design the programs of our events:
> Ensure a permanent monitoring of the international political and societal news inherent to the topics and themes related to the content of the Women’s Forum: information research, permanent identification of contacts on potential speakers and their companies, elaboration of a database of potential speakers.
> Ensure that the content of the events organized by the Women’s Forum is in line with the strategy and editorial line decided by the company’s management, notably:
> Ensure a regular link with the Communication and Partnership teams in order to forward to them all the content elements to be promoted.
SKILLS
In order to meet your goals, you must demonstrate organisational, personal, and technical skills, especially:
PROFILE
You have an advanced education (graduate degree) in gender studies/diplomacy/international relations/international affairs, followed by a at least 2/3 years experience in a company or an organization, which have enabled you to acquire project management skills and content creation capacities.
> Type of contract: Permanent contract.
> Mutual insurance under the conditions of Publicis Groupe.
> Access to the company restaurant with an employee’s discount.
> 50% of public transport season ticket paid.
> Publicis Groupe profit-sharing :
> Paternity leave: Publicis Groupe maintains 100% of the salary for the entire duration of the leave (25 calendar days, increased to 32 in the event of multiple births)

> Working from home is possible on the basis of 2 days per week (depending on client requirements) with the agreement of your management.
> Daily and fixed home office allowance of 3,5€/day remotely worked, without seniority condition.
> Installation costs up to 90 € per employee after 6 months of seniority (on presentation of the relevant proof(s)).
> Talent Programs = Work your World: work around the world for up to 6 continuous weeks each year after one year of seniority.
