Mission

Colas, a leading company in the infrastructure and construction industry spanning over 20 countries in the EMEA region, is seeking a dedicated Continuity Plan Activity Intern to support the Continuity Plan Manager in ensuring the resilience and operational continuity of the organization in the face of potential IT disruptions. The intern will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and implementation of comprehensive continuity plans across the EMEA Division

Main Responsibilities

As an intern, your main roles will be:

• Collaborate with the Continuity Plan Activity Manager to assess and develop the continuity plans for various business units and functions within the EMEA Division.

• Assist in identifying critical business processes, resources, and dependencies to ensure uninterrupted operations during IT disruptions.

• Support the creation of documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and protocols, necessary for executing continuity plans effectively.

• Coordinate training sessions and awareness programs to ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to respond appropriately during IT-related incidents.

• Assist in conducting regular tests, drills, and simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.

Profile

• You are in the 2nd or 3rd year in a Business School or equivalent.

• Fluency in English and French is required.

• You are process-oriented, curious and can think outside of the box.

• Good analytical skills.

• Microsoft Office is essential.

Location- Colas HQ, Paris

Duration- 4 months
