This role emphasizes process analysis, a critical component of automation,to enhance Lean capabilities. By optimizing value stream processes through waste elimination, reducing non-value-added activities, and promoting simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization, the Continuous Improvement Lead ensures efficient operations.Additionally, this role involves mentoring/coaching Green Belts and juniors within the team and outside, facilitating kaizen events, conducting value stream mapping exercises, and ensuring best practices are shared throughout the organization.Accountabilities:Project Leadership
