In this role, you’ll lead teams of subject matter experts that optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction. Working closely with people at all levels of the organization, you’ll implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results.If this describes you do not hesitate to apply. • Design and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Lead cross functional improvement workshops
• Conduct comprehensive data and root cause analysis
• Develop and track project measurement
• Provide expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approaches
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations and updates
• Manage concurrent improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members
• On site 3 days a week

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or

5 years continuous improvement professional experience * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• 5 years of experience applying LSS in a corporate environment
• Proven track record in data analysis and process optimization
• Solid communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools and Visio
• Strong project management and meeting facilitation capabilities
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in a virtual environment with globally based team members
• Speaking fluent English (preferably C1-C2) – we are an international company and we interact with folks from around the globe on a daily basis
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to details;
• Inquisitive mind
