We strive to build an outstanding workplace experience while contributing to the global Facilities organization through knowledge sharing and expertise.The main goal of the E&PS team is to ensure that the building and utility systems are available 24/7 in a safe and compliant manner for the occupants and their activities.Job TitleContract coordinatorThe RoleWithin Engineering & Property Services, the Business Processes & Belgian Campus Support team has an open position for a Contract Coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with growth potential.As the Contract coordinator, you are managing the end-to-end contract portfolio of E&PS, in close collaboration with stakeholders of E&PS and Make Asset Management, and partnering with Finance, Procurement and Contracting teams.You are responsible for timely availability of the Master Service Agreements, Standard of Work and eventually the Purchase Orders, compliant with legal requirements and fitted to the needs of the business.You will lead the contract team and are responsible to evaluate and continuously improve the process to meet the business goals. You will help the team to prioritize the workload and optimize the resources available.You will always keep oversight of the contract portfolio and report out to stakeholders on a regular basis. Follow up on cost, orders, billing for the different MSA and initiate cost improving opportunitiesYou have a passion for identifying improvement opportunities and can lead initiatives to consolidate and meet savings targets. You pro-actively report on status progress and align on strategies with your management. Good customer connections and an understanding of their local processes are crucial in this regard.The position will be based in Beerse (Belgium), reporting into the Manager Campus Support, in close collaboration with several related departments and partners is indispensable for the functioning team.QualificationsQualificationsEducation
