Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for:

• Managing EPC Contracts, overseeing contracts for Commercial Solar Projects, post construction including FAC and PAC monitoring and oversight, management of warranty claims and Punchlist tracking/Closure.
• Project planning ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaising and completing negotiations with EPC contractors and landlords.
• Management of legal work streams to ensure timely completion of agreements, settlements, etc.
• Providing financial oversight, tracking projects, expenditure costs and working closely with the key stakeholders within the business to ensure targets are met.

Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• A proven background in Contracts Management. Experience with contract management for renewable energy projects would be a distinct advantage.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
• Knowledge and experience within the practises of EPC contracts and regulations.
• Experienced in negotiations and management of Legal agreements (including EPC, O&M and lease).
• Full rights to work in the UK.
