Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Contract Manager Component MRO (f/m) to join our Component MRO Contracts department department based in Marignane, France.
This department is part of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organization within Support & Services.
Our transversal team (Airbus Helicopters Marignane /Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth) of 12 is in charge of a large portfolio of Component MRO contracts (civil/military) on the full helicopter range.
You will take the lead on a dedicated contract portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial profitability. You will lead and cross collaborate on specific projects such as lessors/lessee activities, renewal strategies, cost monitoring, etc…
Your main interfaces will be our Front Office (Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager and Customer Logistic Manager) from the mother company and all customer centres, as well as various stakeholders in the Support & Services organization (Technical Office, Offer teams, PSO, etc.)
