.Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for aItalian Speaking Contract SpecialistYour role in a nutshell:To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer. To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts.What you’ll do:

• Provides accurate, effective and timely contracting support within the agreed scope
• Ensures material risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers and third parties
• Develops strong links with key stakeholders, particularly in sales, legal, commercial, bid management, marketing and finance
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the contracting process.
• Participates in the development of pro-forma local agreements and other standard documents and training materials
• Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and precedent materials.
• Ensures that all documents are signed and stored in the contract management database and other internal systems

.What you’ll bring to the team:

• Knowledge and understanding of commercial and contract law
• Studies in Economy field
• some experience in contract management/commercial legal role
• computer skills (MS Office)

• negotiation skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• excellent command of the English and Italian languages, both written and spoken
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in the field of commercial and contracting law
