At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate commercial customer agreements, such as sales contracts, amendments, reseller agreements, contract renewals, and customer etc.
• Ensure compliance to the contracts approval policy and other company policies; solicit buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices; assess and lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and tools
• Train and advise commercial teams on agreement structure, templates, risks, and alternatives
• Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
• Provide training, mentorship, and 2nd-tier support to other contracts team members

Who you are: * Possess a law degree

• Have 5+ years’ experience with commercial contract review, redlining, and drafting, including local, regional, and global agreements
• Have 5+ years’ experience with contract negotiations and external client engagement
• Demonstrable experience (i) using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative contract solutions, and (ii) prioritizing competing demands from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment
• Possess advanced writing and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail; English language fluency is a must. Other languages are a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role * Ability to travel – list specifics10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locationsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: * BioTechnology or Pharmaceutical industry

• Experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and/or an SFDC-based contract lifecycle management system
