With an expanding presence across the UK, they are dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering a strong, supportive team.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and delivery of multiple cladding contracts across various sites.
• Coordinate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the cladding industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to high standards of quality.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
