JOB – Controls Manager
LOCATION – Coventry  
TERM – Permanent 
SALARY – £50,000 – £65,000 per annum.  

A Coventry based Engineering company are currently looking for a Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Controls Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

– HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
– Strong background in Control Systems Engineering – full life cycle.
– Strong knowledge of Siemens & Allen Bradley systems.
– Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments.
– Previous experience managing teams is beneficial.  
– Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings.
– Excellent communication skills.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

– Leading & overseeing control systems development from design through to commissioning.
– Lead & develop the engineering team.
– Providing support when required.
– Communicating with management teams & stakeholders.
– Ensuring burg
– Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
– Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
