• Business partnership to Plant Directors and Finance Manager on scenario analysis of production efforts across plant
• Responsible for production/activities financial indicators for plant with a particular focus on efficiency improvement, cost control, industrial KPI and headcount optimization.
• Finance leadership for the plant covering all indicators of the P&L and BS and key interface of the accounting team from shared service.
• Provide Financial reports for Plant Directors and Finance Manager of the legal entity.
• Takes part in closing process and provides accurate and timely reporting on financial activities rendered by the sites. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts and propose corrective actions.

• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and investment plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Lead and develop expertise for controlling into the ERP SAP, and work in close relationship with production teams, logistic teams, human resources team to have updated master data in the ERP: material, BOM, routings. Manage flows between ERP and other related systems such as Plant Execution system, Product Life Management system & logistics systems
• Inventory control and analysis: monitor processing of automatic goods movements. Slow moving calculation and net realizable value.
• Ensure interface between accounting team and operational teams in order to have goods and services booked in SAP according to the Purchase to Pay and Order Intake processes and OPmobility rules within required deadlines
• Carry out costing and analysis between actual and standard costs. Material Margin follow up
• Follow up tangible and intangible investments (transfer of production line and extension)
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and investment plans.
• Create financial reporting for the plant activities
• Participate in internal and external audits

Competences requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or professional accounting qualification
• 3+ Years of controlling experience in industrial company.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills (English required)
• ERP (SAP) knowledge required.
• Experience as controller in an industrial environment (automotive sector in particular)

• Good communication skills ans autonomy
• Good teamwork sense
• Organizational skills
