Job description

The Controllier of our site in Illkirch will cover a Managerial Business Partner role and will be responsible for the execution and development of controlling tasks, to support the activities and growth of the company. The goal is to assure all tasks of regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as being a strong business partner to site management.Grow with us – Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual results
• Implement the local budget and forecasts
• Collaborate in with the local Management team and act as a a challenging sparring partner
• Present performance in local Management meetings on a regular basis
• Prepare standard business analyses for management
• Further develop reporting processes in close collaboration with colleagues in other locations
• Develop manufacturing Controlling activities that suits the expansion plans of the site
• Ensure quality control over financial reporting
• Collaborate in risk management processes

What will convince us:

• Academic degree in economics/administration/business with a focus on controlling
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in controlling
• Proven experience in a production industry is crucial
• Proven software skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP
• Analytical thinking skills and good communication skills with a confident, self-assured manner
• Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
• Fluent in English / German is a plus
