Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Financial ControllerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. You will support monthly closing activities, including cost center reviews, accruals, provisions, and SOX controls, while preparing inputs for financial reporting. Each day, you will validate data accuracy through reconciliations, analyze order backlog, revenue, and margins, and review billing, inventories, and expenses to ensure corrections where needed. You will also support Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reviews, internal controls, and audits. By collaborating with business stakeholders, you will help identify improvements, support planning and forecasting processes, and contribute to enhancing financial controlling tools and best practices to drive performance.The work model for the role is: #hybrid #hybrid-LiThis role is reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis CoE Europe Lead in Poland. Main stakeholders are French business partners, Local Business Division Controllers, and internal finance teams involved in reporting, planning, and audit processes.Key Responsibilities:Performing monthly closing activities including: cost center review, accruals/prepayments and provisions calculation, warranty provisions/rebates, reinvoicing of hosted employees, SOX controls, WIP reviewPreparing inputs for financial reporting package and validating the accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviewsPerforming orders backlog reporting and analyzing orders received, revenue and marginsAnalyzing billing due, inventories and stock obsolescence, travel expenses, headcount etc. and preparing correction if neededSupporting internal controls execution and audit, Balance Sheet and Cash flow reviewSupporting financial planning processes and activities (e.g., group and country financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting) and contributing to Financial Planning & Analysis initiatives to improve controlling processes and toolsWorking with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions, supporting ad-hoc requests from the Local Business Divisions ControllersSupporting financial planning processes and activities (e.g., group and country financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting)Contributing to the Financial Planning & Analysis initiatives to achieve excellence in financial controlling and the improvement of controlling processes and toolsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications:You enjoy working with file improvements, projects, and standardizing processes in the Finance and Controlling marketHave established skills with at least 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, or AccountingPossess solid knowledge in Excel and highly adept in financial data analysisYou are passionate about process optimization and collaborationDegree in Finance, Controlling, or equivalent areaYou are at ease communicating in English; French is nice to haveYou hold a current VISA/work permit valid in PolandWhat’s in it for you?
