Are you a residential conveyancing assistant on the lookout for a new role in Bingley?Our client, a well known West Yorkshire law firm, are recruiting for a conveyancing assistant to join their team in Bingley. The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate upwards of 1 years’ hands on work experience as a conveyancing assistant or conveyancing legal secretary.What’s on offer?:

• Working one on one with an experienced residential conveyancer on a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgage matters.
• Small friendly office with local free parking.
• Salary to £26,000 dependent on experience.
• Opportunities to progress to handling your own caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a residential conveyancer on a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Ordering searches, and responding to enquiries.
• Drafting contracts.
• Assisting with exchange and completion.
• Post completion formalities.
