Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: ImmediateDo you want to work for our client who are a well-established firm of solicitors based in the heart of Putney. Our client pride themselves on delivering excellent service in an affordable and timely manner, always putting their clients’ needs first.They are seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. You will be supporting 2 to 3 solicitors in their busy conveyancing department, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client matters from instruction to completion.Key Responsibilities:

• Providing full secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors

• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence

• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone enquiries

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors

• Opening, maintaining, and closing client files

• Performing Land Registry and other online searches

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department is essential

• Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional and friendly manner with excellent communication skills
