Hasbro Oyuncak Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS (Hasbro Turkey) is Hasbro’s distributor for the Turkish Market.  We are currently recruiting for this position, based in Istanbul.

Main Responsibilities

-Track outbound shipments daily basis and make sure they delivered on time.
-Monthly 3PL KPI and OTIF tracking.
-Monthly 3PL performance tracking.
-Weekly/Monthly 3PL invoice control
-Communicating with the customer warehouses and making sure that goods are received on time.
-Checking outbound daily report from 3PL transport provider and notify Logistics Manager and Sales team if there are any delivery issues.
-Sharing monthly/quarterly volume FC to 3PL
-Control the VAS activities in the WH

Key Tasks

Outbound

-Check outbound daily report from 3PL transport provider and notify Logistics Manager, CS and sales if there are any delivery issues.
-Cost-effective solution in 3PL, such as finding new pallet producer
-Maintaining the e-delivery online portal and download e-deliveries daily basis.
-Archiving e-delivery online.
-Timely detection and correction of SAP/FTP fails
-Monthly and quarterly DC cut-off reporting to Logistics Analyst.

Accounting / Reporting

-3PL invoice control- If needed, resolving with the accounting department for the back invoices and corrections. 
-PR/PO control for WH
-Monthly reporting for performance OTIF and 3PL KPIs

Communication with Operation and Sales Team

-Ensure pre-planning of weekly/monthly delivery orders with Customer Service Specialist
-Inform the Sales team regarding the in-transit deliveries. If needed, find a solution to deliver on time.

Person Specification

-Bachelor’s Degree
-At least 2 years previous experience in logistics / shipping / customs
-Intermediate level English – must be able to communicate fluently in writing
-IT Skills: MS Office – Intermediate. Previous experience with SAP desirable
-Must be a well-organised, methodical person
-Must be confident when dealing with outside organisations able to make and receive phone calls if required such as 3PLs, Custom Brokerage, forwarders.
-Understanding of key financials
-Able to prioritize and manage the tasks
-Great sense of responsibility
-Excellent communication skills
-Professional and positive attitude
-To succeed in this role, you have shown ability to work in a team with individual input and be pro-active.
