Responsibilities:

• Being first point of contact for clients regarding translation queries
• Coordinating the entire translation process from planning, monitoring and managing project resources through to on-time delivery
• Solution-oriented customer support
• Close cooperation with the sales department for customer acquisition
• Being the interface between all stakeholders involved

Requirements:

• German – C1
• English – B2+/C1
• Experience as Translator or English/German Tutor

Nice to have:

• University background English/German Philology
• Great communication and organization skills
