DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
We are now looking for a Summer Employee, working as Sales Coordinator.  We hope to find a person who also wants to work as a rush help in the spring and autumn. If you are a self-starter, organized and careful customer service person, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Scope of the Role

The duties of a Sales Coordinator include, among other things:

-Customer service by phone and email
-Entering sales orders into the electronic system
-Processing SAP purchase orders
-Take care of sample storage
-General office task and  the comfort and functionality of the office, such as watering Naava plant wall, ordering snacks, communicating with outside suppliers

Experience Required
-Fluent command of Finnish and English
-Genuine customer service spirit
-The ability to handle many things at the same time and diligence
-Positive, self-initiated and independent approach to work
-Good communication skills and ability to cooperate 
-Team spirit and a can-do attitude
-The ability to learn and internalize new systems and methods of operation
-Good IT skills, management of Microsoft Office programs
-SAP user experience is an advantage
