Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Analyst to lead system developments and new business onboarding projects within Global Corporate Actions for Funds, part of Market Data Operations. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing project plans, ensuring seamless implementation and effective communication across stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Lead system developments and new business onboarding projects across Operations, driving successful outcomes.
• Prepare and analyze proposed system changes, effectively gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans that accurately assess resource requirements and timelines for execution, ensuring overall project timescales are met.
• Prepare detailed and clear business requirement documentation.
• Conduct thorough testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments to ensure quality.
• Formulate and coordinate regression test plans in preparation for version testing.
• Accurately report and assign the analysis and resolution tracking of both software and non-software defects within the central defect management database.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Financial Services, with a strong preference for a Project Management background.
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and derivatives. Familiarity with security vendors is essential.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (essential).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Financial Operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and provide insightful suggestions based on the analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively without a dedicated project manager.
• SQL knowledge is considered a significant plus. Experience with Jira is also beneficial.
